A great place to live! The amenities are new and fun, I really enjoyed the pools last summer. The maintenance crew is cool and the management team always seems happy to help. The property is usually quiet and the people are friendly.

I have found Spyglass Hill Apartments to be a very good place to live. The apartment itself is good sized and in very good condition. I like the Resident Portal where issues can be brought up, payments made and maintenance requested. All the employees I've dealt with are helpful and professional. I recommend Spyglass Hill Apartments for anyone looking for a place in this part of the city.

I’m going on my 3rd year at Spyglass Hill and the maintenance team has always been right on time and extremely helpful anytime I’ve needed them. Especially Rey, who goes out of his way to be helpful and it’s greatly appreciated! The folks in the office are awesome too and take such good care of our packages.
